Acceptance of Terms

Purchases and Refunds

2.1 Payment and Pricing

Private Product Access & Approval

In cases where access is not approved, the purchase will not be fulfilled for the requested private product, and a suitable replacement product or alternative solution will be provided instead.

2.2 Refunds

Once a purchase is made, refunds are generally not available unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of license keys and software access, all sales are final. This policy exists because:

• License keys and software access are delivered instantly upon payment

2.3 Product Replacements

While we do not offer refunds, we may at our sole discretion offer product replacements or store credit in the following situations:

• Technical Issues - If a product is genuinely non-functional due to our error and cannot be resolved through support
• Delivery Failure - If a product was not delivered due to a system error on our end
• Product Discontinuation - If a product is permanently discontinued shortly after purchase

To request a replacement, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase with detailed information about the issue. All replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and our decision is final.

2.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your product is considered fraud and is strictly prohibited. Any customer who initiates a chargeback will:

• Have their license immediately and permanently revoked
• Be permanently banned from all Kyo Cheats services
• Be reported to fraud prevention databases
• Be subject to collection efforts for the disputed amount plus associated fees

We maintain detailed records of all transactions and deliveries. If you have an issue with your purchase, contact our support team first—we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns.

License and Usage Rights

3.1 License Grant

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal use only. This license is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, lifetime).

3.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Share your license key or account credentials with others

3.3 License Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession. No refund will be provided for terminated licenses.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a user of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You use our products entirely at your own risk. You understand that using third-party software in games may result in account bans, suspensions, or other penalties imposed by game developers or publishers.
• We do not guarantee that our software will remain undetected. Anti-cheat systems are constantly evolving, and detection is always a possibility.

• Any game account bans, suspensions, or restrictions resulting from the use of our products
